Swiftwater Cellars and The Watts Family

The concept of Swiftwater Cellars Winery and Restaurant was born during founders Don and Lori Watts’ trip through regions of Italy and France. In constructing Swiftwater, their vision was to create the Northwest’s premiere destination winery.

Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade mountains and in close proximity to  Suncadia Resort, Swiftwater Cellars was built. In 2010, the facility opened its doors to feature a restaurant, private dining spaces, an ambient lounge centered around a massive rock fireplace, wedding and concert spaces, and of course wine making facility.

7 years later, the dream is still alive. This time, the Watts set their sights on Main Street in Old Bellevue. This beautiful street is filled with independent shops, restaurants and cafes. The city and location is alive with new energy for those young and old. Swiftwater Cellars on Main Street has combined our rustic roots of Cle Elum with a modern city twist, with our new menu featuring Pacific Northwest ingredients and a comfort food flair.

“When you walk into any of our locations, you are greeted by enthusiastic employees, award winning wines, and foods that keep you coming  back, “

- Don Watts
Owner & Founder of Swiftwater Cellars
